Cancellations and Refunds
Course fees are only refundable when a student has been refused a visa by the Home Office, the British Embassy or the British High Commission or are refused entry to the UK by a British Immigration Officer. The refusal letter, original letters issued by the college, a signed authorisation letter from the person who was refused and a photocopy of the front page of their passport are needed for fees to be refunded. WLBC will keep £100 of the fee paid for administration costs. Full fees will be refunded if WLBC cancel the course.
